Oregon Culinary Institute cooking demos DO NOT require reservations.

Sign up at the Oregon Culinary Institute booth. Cooking demos are from noon-6pm. 

The Institute will teach you how to prepare delicious and quick summer fare, while pairing these delicious recipes with local wines.
